Taking surveys are simple and fun! After you become a NPD Online Research Panelist:

1. Add survey@npdor.com to your known/safe sender list to ensure you receive NPDOR e-mails.
2. Look in your inbox for a NPDOR survey invitation.
3. Complete the survey.

After your first SweepLand eligible survey (for new NPDOR members this will be your 1st Survey), you will be instructed on how to register.

NPDOR panelists can earn points in two ways:

• By completing eligible NPDOR surveys
• By playing the SweepLand Instant Win Game

Each point is then worth one entry into the sweepstakes of your choice.
Note: You will only earn points after you complete the SweepLand registration.

On the confirmation page of each eligible survey, click Play Now for a chance to instantly win bonus points or cash:

1. Read the instructions on the game board.
2. Play the game and instantly see if you've won!

After you play the instant win game, follow the links to continue to Sweepland. Log-in to use your points:

• Your e-mail address is the same as where you receive your NPDOR surveys
• Your Password is the same as the one you use at NPDOR.com. (SweepLand Members: Click here if you forgot your password.)

Your points balance is made up of Points Available and Points in Play.

• Points Available are the number of points which you have to enter into any sweepstakes on the SweepLand Prize Board.
• Points in Play are the number of points currently entered into open sweepstakes.

Points Available plus Points in Play equal your Total Points.

Use your points to enter into exciting sweepstakes. The more points you use, the better your odds of winning that prize!

1. Click Edit Points.
2. Distribute points across any of our sweepstakes
3. Click Submit.
4. Verify your submission
5. Click OK.
