Membership Basics
What is SweepLand?
SweepLand is a sweepstakes program
available exclusively to NPD Online Research Panelists where members earn
points for completing NPDOR surveys. Each point is worth one entry into
your choice of a variety of exciting sweepstakes. How do I join
SweepLand?
SweepLand is open exclusively to registered
panelists of NPDOR. To become an NPDOR panelist visit http://www.npdor.com/JoinNow.asp. Once you have joined
the NPD Online Research Team and completed your first eligible survey, you
will be prompted to join SweepLand. There is no cost to join SweepLand or
the NPD Online Research Panel. Who is eligible to join
SweepLand?
The Program is open to legal residents of
the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 13 years and
older at the time of enrollment and are an active NPDOR panelist. Program
is not open to residents of Maine who are under 18 years of
age. Is
there a cost to join SweepLand?
No. There is no cost to join either NPDOR
or SweepLand. However, SweepLand is only open to registered NPDOR
members. Why must I register for
SweepLand?
An NPDOR panelist must complete a one-time
SweepLand registration in order to activate their SweepLand account.
Registration information is collected solely to ensure that we can deliver
prizes to sweepstakes winners and to keep members informed of SweepLand
program updates / happenings. How will you use my personal
information?
Your personal information will only be used
to facilitate the delivery of your prize. Your information will not be
sold or shared with any third-party. What if I don't want to
join/register for SweepLand?
You don't have to join SweepLand to be a
member of the NPDOR panel. Many of our surveys have monthly cash
sweepstakes in which all NPDOR Panelists are automatically entered in for
every survey they complete. See details on the first page of each
survey. What is the NPD Online Research
Panel?
NPD compiles information from panelists
like you to provide many of the world's biggest companies with valuable
insight into what is selling, where, to whom and why. To join, please
visit http://www.npdor.com/JoinNow.asp. How do I join the NPD
Online Research Panel?
How do I earn
SweepLand Points?
NPDOR Panelists can earn points in two
ways: (1) by completing periodic, eligible NPDOR surveys and (2) playing
the SweepLand Instant Win Game Which NPDOR surveys count for
SweepLand?
Once you complete the SweepLand
registration, almost all NPDOR surveys will earn SweepLand points. Survey
eligibility and number of points will be highlighted on the first page of
each NPDOR survey. Do I need to complete a NPDOR
survey to earn points?
Yes, you must complete a survey to earn
SweepLand points. To complete a survey, you must click the "Play Now"
button found on the last page of the survey. How do I use my SweepLand
points?
Points can be used as entries into various
sweepstakes on the SweepLand Prize Board at www.sweepland.com. One point
equates to one entry. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for
the prizes themselves. What is a sweepstakes?
A sweepstakes is a promotion where prizes
are given away for free (there is no purchase required!) How many sweepstakes
entries is each point worth?
Each point is worth one sweepstakes entry.
There is no minimum number of points needed to enter any SweepLand
sweepstakes and you can enter as many different sweepstakes as you
like. How do I know how many SweepLand
points I have?
Your point balance is always available at
www.sweepland.com and after completing NPDOR surveys. Can I only visit
SweepLand after completing NPDOR surveys?
SweepLand is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week at www.sweepland.com. You can use your points or check out new
sweepstakes any time you like by logging in with your NPDOR email address
and password. Can I save my points or do I have
to use them immediately?
You can accrue your points as long as you
remain an active NPDOR Panel member. SweepLand accounts that have had no
activity (i.e. survey completions, points earned, points used) for a
period of 12 months will be closed and all points forfeited. Can I buy the prizes
I see in SweepLand for cash or points?
Unfortunately, you can not purchase the
prizes you see on the SweepLand Prize Board or acquire them through point
redemption. Can I give my SweepLand points to
a relative or friend?

you remain an active NPDOR Panel member. SweepLand accounts that have had
