OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, TRANSACTION OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. PROMOTION ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL U.S RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ARE REGISTERED U.S. NPDOR PANELISTS.

Note: This Game is intended for participation in the United States only exclusively for use by registered U.S. NPDOR panelists, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with U.S. law without regard for any applicable conflicts of laws rules. Do not enter this Game if you are not a US resident at this time.

ENTRY PERIOD: The NPDOR SweepLand® Instant Win Game (the "Game") begins at 7:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (E.T.) on May 22, 2013, and ends at 7:00:00 a.m. E.T. on June 26, 2013 ("Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Game is only open to legal U.S residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older and are registered U.S. NPDOR Panelists. Employees of The NPD Group, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the households, whether related or not, of the above are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. The Game is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and these official rules ("Official Rules").

HOW TO PLAY: NPDOR U.S. Panelists will have the opportunity to play the Game one time at the conclusion of each eligible NPDOR survey completed during the Promotion Period. Follow the on-screen instructions to play the Game. If the Game reveals a winning prize message, you win the prize specified (subject to confirmation, verification and compliance with these Official Rules). Any other messages indicate you are not an instant winner of a prize. If you receive a prize winning message, you will be required to complete the SweepLand® registration form if you have not yet done so. Please allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of your prize. Prizes will be shipped to the address indicated on the SweepLand® registration. Only one game play per entrant per NPDOR survey.

CASH PRIZES: One (1) $500 Prize. Two (2) $100 Prizes. Five (5) $25 Prizes. Ten (10) $10 Prizes. Twenty (20) $5 Prizes. All cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check.

One (1) Digital Camera. One (1) 12.1 mega pixel digital camera, 4x Zoom IS. ARV $172. One (1) MP3 Players. Compact, 2 GB MP3 Player. ARV $58. Ten (10) $25 Movie Packages. This prize is to be awarded in the form of a bank check. ARV $25 Total ARV $250. Note: As a market research company, NPD will not disclose the name of prize manufacturers in the industries that it covers to ensure that it does not influence panelists or survey responses. These prizes will be fulfilled through leading manufacturers in their respective industries.

TRAVEL PRIZE:
An 8-day 7-night Caribbean cruise for two onboard Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas. Cruise line, departure date(s) and ports of call to be determined by Sponsor. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from home city to Orlando, Florida within the 50 United States, round-trip ground transportation between airport and port of departure, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner while onboard the ship and port charges and fees. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and provide travel documents suitable for travel (e.g. acceptable photo ID, passport, visa, etc.). All other expenses relating to acceptance of prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, travel insurance, and other incidentals are responsibility of winner and guest. Complete terms and conditions of trip will be furnished with prize notification. Certain travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel is subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Any air transportation awarded is subject to terms and conditions stated on tickets. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. For winners who are 18 years of age or older, his/her guest(s) must be 18 years of age or older or members of his/hers immediate family. Travel companion of winner must be 18 years of age or older and will be required to sign, have notarized and return to BI WORLDWIDE in the time noted a release of liability, and where legal a publicity release (unless prohibited by law) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel must be completed by June 30, 2014. ARV is $5,300. Actual value of prize may vary based on winner's point of departure and arrival, dates of travel, and air fares at time of booking.

Total number of prizes available is 53. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $8,583.00. Prize winners will be determined based on a random date and time stamp algorithm during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of game plays and the date/time of game play during promotion period. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes won by a minor will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian. No transfer or substitution of any prize allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All details of prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Prize is non-transferable, no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 15 business days of drawing date. Please add sweeplandwinners@biworldwide.com to your known / safe sender list to ensure that SweepLand® emails are not ending up in your junk folder. Potential winners, or the winner’s parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor, may be required to sign, notarize & return an affidavit of eligibility/liability and where legal a publicity release as well as applicable tax information forms within 14 days of notification attempt or an alternate potential winner will be selected, time permitting. If any e-mail notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. Should the winner decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, licensees, parents, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, successors and assigns (collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damage of any kind which may arise in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance and/or use of any prize. Void where prohibited. Any issues concerning the validity, interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules which might find otherwise.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Game, entrants agree to the use of their name and photograph/likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, winner will provide consent to such in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Game, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless The NPD Group, Inc., BI WORLDWIDE., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and each of their agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively, "Releasees") from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Game or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize that may be awarded. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or which may occur in connection with the Game, including, without limitation errors which may occur in the administration of the Game, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Game related materials; or for transactions or entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with this promotion, or process any transaction thereon. If an error occurs that results in more winning prizes being distributed or more prizes claimed than advertised, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes offered. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Game, or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Game, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, void any entries submitted fraudulently, modify or suspend the Game, or terminate the entire Game or that portion of the Game relating to the suspected or actual tampering of the Game. Decisions of judges are final and binding in all respects Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with this promotion via robotic, automatic entry devices, programs such as, but not limited to, script, macro or any other automated means, or other unauthorized entry will void all such entries by such methods. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. As a condition of entering the Game, entrant agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or any one sweepstakes should the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Game be compromised in any way. If the Game is canceled or modified prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.SweepLand.com. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
